ASV: Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

Job 18:2

ASV: How long will ye hunt for words? Consider, and afterwards we will speak.

DARBY: How long will ye hunt for words? Be intelligent, and then we will speak.

DRA: How long will you throw out words? understand first, and so let us speak.

KJV: How long will it be ere ye make an end of words? mark, and afterwards we will speak.

Job 18:3

ASV: Wherefore are we counted as beasts, [And] are become unclean in your sight?

DARBY: Wherefore are we counted as beasts, and reputed stupid in your sight?

DRA: Why are we reputed as beasts, and counted vile before you?

KJV: Wherefore are we counted as beasts, and reputed vile in your sight?

Job 18:4

ASV: Thou that tearest thyself in thine anger, Shall the earth be forsaken for thee? Or shall the rock be removed out of its place?

DRA: Thou that destroyest thy soul in thy fury, shall the earth be forsaken for thee, and shall rocks be removed out of their place?

Job 18:5

ASV: Yea, the light of the wicked shall be put out, And the spark of his fire shall not shine.

DRA: Shall not the light of the wicked be extinguished, and the flame of his fire not shine?

ASV: His remembrance shall perish from the earth, And he shall have no name in the street.
