Job 19:2

AMP: “How long will you torment and exasperate meAnd crush me with words?

ASV: How long will ye vex my soul, And break me in pieces with words?

DRA: How long do you afflict my soul, and break me in pieces with words?

Job 19:3

AMP: “These ten times you have insulted me;You are not ashamed to wrong me [and harden your hearts against me].

ASV: These ten times have ye reproached me: Ye are not ashamed that ye deal hardly with me.

BSB: Ten times now you have reproached me;you shamelessly mistreat me.

DARBY: These ten times have ye reproached me; ye are not ashamed to stupefy me.

DRA: Behold, these ten times you confound me, and are not ashamed to oppress me.

Job 19:4

AMP: “And if it were true that I have erred,My error would remain with me [and I would be conscious of it].

AMP: “If indeed you [braggarts] vaunt and magnify yourselves over meAnd prove my disgrace (humiliation) to me,

ASV: If indeed ye will magnify yourselves against me, And plead against me my reproach;

BSB: If indeed you would exalt yourselves above meand use my disgrace against me,

DARBY: If indeed ye will magnify yourselves against me, and prove against me my reproach,

DRA: But you have set yourselves up against me, and reprove me with my reproaches.

Job 19:6

AMP: Know then that God has wronged me and overthrown meAnd has closed His net around me.

ASV: Know now that God hath subverted me [in my cause], And hath compassed me with his net.

DARBY: Know now that God hath overthrown me, and hath surrounded me with his net.

DRA: At least now understand, that God hath not afflicted me with an equal judgment, and compassed me with his scourges.

Job 19:7

AMP: ¶“Behold, I cry out, ‘Violence!’ but I am not heard;I shout for help, but there is no justice.

AMP: “Then beware and be afraid of the sword [of divine vengeance] for yourselves,For wrathful are the punishments of that sword,So that you may know there is judgment.”
