Job 9:2

ASV: Of a truth I know that it is so: But how can man be just with God?

DRA: Indeed I know it is so, and that man cannot be justified compared with

Job 9:3

ASV: If he be pleased to contend with him, He cannot answer him one of a thousand.

DARBY: If he shall choose to strive with him, he cannot answer him one thing of a thousand.

Job 9:4

ASV: How much less shall I answer him, And choose out my words [to reason] with him?
