AMP: Keep and protect me, O God, for in You I have placed my trust and found refuge.
ASV: Preserve me, O God; for in thee do I take refuge.

Psalms 16:2
AMP: I said to the Lord, “You are my Lord;I have no good besides You.”
ASV: [O my soul], thou hast said unto Jehovah, Thou art my Lord: I have no good beyond thee.
BSB: I said to the LORD, “You are my Lord;apart from You I have no good thing.”
DARBY: Thou [my soul] hast said to Jehovah, Thou art the Lord: my goodness [extendeth] not to thee;

AMP: As for the saints (godly people) who are in the land,They are the majestic and the noble and the excellent ones in whom is all my delight.

Psalms 16:4
AMP: The sorrows [pain and suffering] of those who have chosen another god will be multiplied [because of their idolatry];I will not pour out their drink offerings of blood,Nor will I take their names upon my lips.
ASV: Their sorrows shall be multiplied that give gifts for another [god]: Their drink-offerings of blood will I not offer, Nor take their names upon my lips.
