ASV: The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, There is no fear of God before his eyes.
DARBY: {To the chief Musician. [A Psalm] of the servant of Jehovah; of David.} The transgression of the wicked uttereth within my heart, There is no fear of God before his eyes.
