Psalms 38:1

AMP: O Lord, do not rebuke me in Your wrath,Nor discipline me in Your burning anger.

ASV: O Jehovah, rebuke me not in thy wrath; Neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

Psalms 38:2

AMP: For Your arrows have sunk into me and penetrate deeply,And Your hand has pressed down on me and greatly disciplined me.
