Psalms 71:1

ASV: In thee, O Jehovah, do I take refuge: Let me never be put to shame.

DARBY: In thee, Jehovah, do I trust: let me never be ashamed.

DRA: A psalm for David. Of the sons of Jonadab, and the former captives. In thee, O Lord, I have hoped, let me never be put to confusion:

Psalms 71:2

ASV: Deliver me in thy righteousness, and rescue me: Bow down thine ear unto me, and save me.

ASV: Be thou to me a rock of habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: Thou hast given commandment to save me; For thou art my rock and my fortress.

ASV: By thee have I been holden up from the womb; Thou art he that took me out of my mother`s bowels: My praise shall be continually of thee.

ASV: Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high; Thou who hast done great things, O God, who is like unto thee?

DRA: and thy justice, O God, even to the highest great things thou hast done: O God, who is like to thee?

ASV: Thou, who hast showed us many and sore troubles, Wilt quicken us again, And wilt bring us up again from the depths of the earth.

DRA: How great troubles hast thou shewn me, many and grievous: and turning thou hast brought me to life, and hast brought me back again from the depths of the earth :

ASV: Increase thou my greatness, And turn again and comfort me.
