Psalms 75:1

ASV: We give thanks unto thee, O God; We give thanks, for thy name is near: Men tell of thy wondrous works.

DARBY: {To the chief Musician. 'Destroy not.' A Psalm of Asaph: a Song.} Unto thee we give thanks, O God, we give thanks; and thy name is near: thy marvellous works declare it.

DRA: Unto the end, corrupt not, a psalm of a canticle for Asaph.

KJV: Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.

Psalms 75:2

ASV: When I shall find the set time, I will judge uprightly.

DARBY: When I shall receive the assembly, I will judge with equity.

DRA: We will praise thee, O God: we will praise, and we will call upon thy name. We will relate thy wondrous works:

ASV: The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I have set up the pillars of it. Selah

Psalms 75:4

ASV: I said unto the arrogant, Deal not arrogantly; And to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:

ASV: Lift not up your horn on high; Speak not with a stiff neck.

Psalms 75:6

ASV: For neither from the east, nor from the west, Nor yet from the south, [cometh] lifting up.

Psalms 75:7

ASV: But God is the judge: He putteth down one, and lifteth up another.

Psalms 75:8

ASV: For in the hand of Jehovah there is a cup, and the wine foameth; It is full of mixture, and he poureth out of the same: Surely the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them.

ASV: But I will declare for ever, I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
